SCT - Site Controller Terminal

The SCT controller is an advanced autonomous wireless transmitter installed near the fuel pumps. The controller carries an electronic system encompassing encrypted and secure wireless communications with the nozzle readers. The SCT controller connects the fueling control system FMS operating the station’s pumps with the nozzle readers. This unique connection allows oversight of the fueling process through VIU identification. Each reader has a unique ID code assigned by program to its pump number. Fuel type data allows adapting the VIU’s fuel type with that of the pump.

TS-1508 is the ideal solution for the fueling station owner who requires basic, straightforward functionality in a fuel monitoring system. The TS-1508 system monitors in real time fuel transaction and manage the fleet consumption. The system provides accurate, reliable information without any manually process. Additional features communicate the pump contents, including fuel status, pulse meter signal, nozzle switch mode, and tank level monitoring, as well as custom alerts which can be sent to email or mobile devices. The Triple Sense is the highest quality, best value solution available for any fueling station that requires essential fuel management system and monitoring capabilities.

A Complete Solution

1 powerful RFID GPS tracking system for all your fleet management and monitoring needs.

Plug & Play

Passive RFID tags are simply placed on any asset to be monitored. They are easy to deploy and highly scalable, no IT required.

Afforable

Cost effective. A fraction of the cost of installing a RFID device on each asset.

IO's

Can also function as a wireless remote I/O for detecting door open/closed events.

How It Works

Overview

The nozzle reader transmits an operation status every couple of hours. Status data include battery state, reader ID code, and malfunction status. These data allow the FMS to check the device’s operation status.

Once the nozzle connects to the fuel tank of a VIU equipped vehicle, this starts a series of verification by the nozzle reader. These data include the device’s operation status and legitimacy before sending them to the SCT controller.

Live Status

The SCT controller connects to the fuel control system through serial communication on RS-485 infrastructure. The wireless system’s data includes statuses allowing constant and continuous connection to all nozzle readers in the station.

Infrastructure

The nozzle reader data, along with the VIU data, are sent wirelessly and securely to the SCT controller and from there to the fueling control system for opening the fueling according to the permitted fuel recipient list.

Fueling process continues as long as the nozzle is in the fuel hatch, any attempt to remove the nozzle from the tank will delay the fueling.

In vehicles with an odometer/engine hour, mileage, engine hours, VIU codes, and other data will be sent for confirmation by the fueling program.
